Tim is an AV-preeminent rated Attorney focused on working with public entities on financings for cities, counties and special districts. Tim also serves underwriters and banks as underwriter counsel and bank counsel. Tim represents both large and small businesses and entities in the areas of Public Finance, Sports Facility Finance, Tax Law, Banking, Securities Law and Energy Law (Oil & Gas/Mineral, Solar, Wind) and has clients nationwide on real estate transactions, zoning and land use matters, contract and public bidding dispute issues and regulatory issues. Tim has expertise in section 103 tax controversy and municipal securities disclosure, including the preparation of Blue Sky Memoranda and disclosure policies. Tim is also a member of the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools having been appointed to that office by Governor Doug Ducey. Tim also serves as a member of the State of Arizona Board of Bar Examiners.

Alec is an experienced municipal finance professional with over 14 years of government and non-for-profit banking and finance background and 20+ years of general banking, accounting, and legal experience. During his time at large banking institutions such as JP Morgan and Wells Fargo, Alec has covered primarily government banking clients in the West, focusing largely on Arizona. Alec has a broad experience of executing various municipal transactions ranging widely in size, type, and scope. Additional relevant experience includes extensive knowledge and involvement in public private partnership and construction financings transactions across the US. Alec serves the firm as a non-lawyer practice group specialist where he uses his municipal finance experience to make certain deals and documents are processed efficiently.
